Chrysanthemums with delivery in Austria

How the chrysanthemum section differs from others

Chrysanthemums in the Pro-Buket catalogue are placed in a separate collection. The collection includes bouquets where chrysanthemum appears both in pastel tones and in rich accents. This section is chosen when you need flowers with character: long-lasting, textured, with a rich palette.

Chrysanthemum care

Chrysanthemums are famous for lasting a long time, but following a few tips will make their freshness last even longer. It is recommended to cut the stems of chrysanthemums at an angle and then place them in clean water. Change the water in the vase every two days, rinsing the vase itself first. Remove any leaves that end up in the water — then bacteria will not multiply in the vase. Keep the vase with chrysanthemums away from drafts and scorching sun. With such care, chrysanthemums in Austria will delight the recipient for a long time.

Questions and answers

Can I place an order in advance?

Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.

How long will the bouquet last?

With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?

Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
