Bouquet of white gladioli

probuket

A bouquet of white gladioli features tall, slender stems crowned with large flower heads. The tight buds open gradually, from the bottom up, so the bouquet looks alive and changes from day to day. Snow-white petals with a slightly ruffled edge give the arrangement a sense of ceremony and clean lines. Fifteen gladioli are gathered into a single vertical composition that holds its shape and looks great in a tall vase.

White is versatile: the bouquet is appropriate both for a festive occasion and for a calm home setting. Gladioli are often chosen to congratulate a grandfather — their austere beauty conveys respect and appreciation. The arrangement suits a birthday or anniversary, as well as a family celebration where restraint and dignity matter.

To keep cut flowers fresh longer, trim the stems at an sharp angle and place them in clean, cool water. Change the water every couple of days and remove faded lower buds — this way the flower heads will open gradually and evenly.
