Lilies with Delivery in Prague: A Fresh Bouquet at the Exact Time

Why Lilies Are Chosen for Special Occasions

Lilies are recognized without description. The recognizable features of a lily are its large bud, strong fragrance, and elegant silhouette. At Pro-Buket, lilies are chosen for birthdays, anniversaries, declarations of love, or simply to delight someone close. In Prague, lilies are ordered for dates and family celebrations alike. And no wonder: a single flower can become the centerpiece of a composition, while several can turn a bouquet into a true work of floral art.

A florist in Prague composes each bouquet with lilies. That's why the recipient will see fresh flowers, not ones wilted after a long journey. Delivery works only within Prague — orders do not go outside the city.

Lily Delivery in Prague

Delivery in Prague is not just logistics but part of the service that makes us a choice. The courier will deliver lilies to the specified address in Prague at the exact hour you name. This is convenient for a surprise: lilies can be at the recipient's door when they return from work or just in time for a festive dinner.

A free card is included with your order in Prague — write your words, and the recipient will read them when unwrapping the lilies.

You will see in advance exactly which lilies will go to the recipient. So you know ahead of time what your order looks like. When leaving the bouquet is impossible, it is taken back: a repeat courier trip must be paid again, and the order cost is not refunded.

How to Keep a Lily Bouquet at Home

With proper care, lilies stay fresh for a long time. If you care for lilies at home properly, they will remain fresh longer.

First, trim the stems. Cut stems at an angle with a sharp knife — then water is absorbed more actively. Cut the stem under running water or place it in the vase immediately so no air remains inside. Remove the lower leaves so they don't end up in the water. Leaves should not touch the water — this prevents rotting. Pour fresh water into the vase every two days. Lilies are sensitive to water cleanliness, so don't be lazy about rinsing the vase and adding a fresh portion. If desired, add cut-flower food to the water — it's sold in flower shops.

Don't keep the vase with lilies where it's hot from radiators, drafty, or in direct sunlight. Sudden temperature changes harm lilies. If you notice that pollen from the stamens might stain a tablecloth or clothing, carefully remove the stamens with a tissue. But be careful: pollen can leave stains, so it's better to do this with gloves or rinse the fabric immediately.

And one more thing: don't pair lilies with other flowers, especially roses and carnations. Lilies release substances that can shorten the life of their bouquet neighbors. Lilies are best in a separate vase, without neighbors in the bouquet. And don't forget about the fragrance: if someone in the house has allergies, it's better to place lilies in a ventilated room.

Questions and answers

Can I place an order in advance?
Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.
How long will the bouquet last?
With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.
How do you ensure freshness?
The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.
Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?
We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.
What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.
Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?
Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
