Eryngiums with Delivery in Latvia

Eryngiums in Latvia: Delivery You Control

Pro-Buket brings eryngiums to residents of Latvia. In Latvia, it works like this: you place an order, we assemble the bouquet, take a photo, and send the courier. A photo of the bouquet before dispatch is a mandatory step in our work. First you review the photo of the finished bouquet and approve it, and only then does the courier set off.

Eryngiums are rarely chosen as a gift, though they deserve it. Their spiky-looking but soft-to-the-touch flower heads hold their shape longer than many classic flowers, and the stems hardly bend. When you order eryngiums in Latvia, you choose a convenient time, and the courier delivers the bouquet to the recipient at that hour. If the recipient isn't there, the courier waits fifteen minutes, then calls the customer and, with their approval, hands the bouquet to the building administrator or staff at the nearest shop. With the customer's consent, the courier may leave the eryngiums at the reception desk or in a nearby shop. If there's no one to hand the eryngiums to, the courier takes them back, and the next delivery must be paid for again; the order amount is not refunded.

Anonymous Sending

You can also order eryngiums without giving the sender's name. You can remain anonymous — the recipient won't know who sent the flowers. The courier simply hands over the bouquet and the card. By the way, the card is free. Eryngiums are often given without an occasion, and a card helps say what you can't say out loud.

Caring for Eryngiums at Home

In a vase, eryngiums last longer than many familiar flowers. But to really enjoy them, it's worth following a few simple rules. First, trim the stems. Not at a 45-degree angle like roses, but almost straight — eryngiums like a straight cut. Cut the stems with secateurs or a sharp knife — scissors crush the stem, and water is absorbed worse. Change the water in the vase every two days — eryngiums can't stand stagnation, but they don't require daily refreshing either. Cool, clean water without additives is enough. To make the bouquet last longer, add half a teaspoon of sugar per litre — this is optional, but some florists recommend it.

Third rule: don't keep the vase where sunlight beats down on it or hot air blows from a radiator. Eryngiums are southern flowers, but indoors they prefer diffused light and coolness. The ideal temperature is 18–22 degrees. If your home is hot, put the vase in the coolest place, but not in a draught. Fourth, remove dried flower heads in time. Eryngiums don't bloom all at once: some heads last longer, others fall earlier. If you remove a dried head, the others get more nourishment. And don't be afraid to touch the flowers with your hands — eryngiums don't like being moved around often, but you can carefully adjust the bouquet.

Other Order Details

We deliver eryngiums only in Latvia. Even if you yourself are far from Latvia and the recipient is here, we will assemble and hand over the bouquet to this address.

If the recipient doesn't open the door, the courier waits a quarter of an hour, then calls the sender and, if they allow, leaves the eryngiums at the reception desk or in a nearby shop. Then they call you.

Eryngiums have their own unique look. They have no scent, but they look as if an artist painted them. In Latvia, we deliver eryngiums with a photo before dispatch and at the exact hour chosen. If you want to give a bouquet that will be remembered for a long time, choose eryngiums.

Questions and answers

Can I place an order in advance?
Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.
How long will the bouquet last?
With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.
How do you ensure freshness?
The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.
Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?
We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.
What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.
Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?
Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
