Delivery and Service

If the courier does not find the recipient at home, they will wait on site for 15 minutes, then call the sender; with their approval, the bouquet will be handed to the reception or left at a nearby shop. If the bouquet cannot be left, it is returned to us, and re-delivery will require a new payment; the amount paid is not refunded.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?
