Delivery in Sweden is organized as follows: a courier delivers the bouquet to the recipient's address at a pre-selected time. A photo of the bouquet is taken before dispatch. If the recipient doesn't answer, the courier waits fifteen minutes, then contacts the sender and, with approval, leaves the composition at the reception desk or in a nearby shop.

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
