For long-lasting freshness, pour cool water into a clean vase and place the flowers there. Change the water in the vase every two days. Keep the vase away from direct sunlight, drafts, and fruits: the ethylene released by fruits shortens the life of gerberas. As soon as the water becomes cloudy, replace it immediately. Gerberas respond well to special cut-flower food; if you don't have it, just keep the water clean. A place near radiators and heaters is not suitable for the vase. The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
