Succulent Tones Composition

New Year's composition "Juicy Shades" is a bright edible bouquet that is appropriate to give on the eve of the holiday or at a celebration in honor of the coming year. It is assembled in a basket on an oasis, fruits are skewered and complemented with decorative balls, while burgundy grapes and scarlet pomegranates give the whole composition a rich festive look. Tropical notes are set here by pineapple, mango, papaya, and passion fruit, while limes and lapas add fresh green accents. Special mention should be made of martini—it is woven into the overall palette and maintains the mood of the New Year's table.
