How to Place an Order
Enter where in the UAE to deliver the amaryllis and specify the hour you need the courier. A photo of the finished arrangement is sent before it goes to the recipient — you know in advance exactly what will be handed over. If there's no answer at the door, the courier waits 15 minutes and calls the person who placed the order. When the recipient doesn't open the door, the courier waits a quarter of an hour, then calls the sender: they can allow the arrangement to be left with the building administrator or at a nearby shop.

How long will the bouquet last?

How do you ensure freshness?
The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.
Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?
We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.
What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.
Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?
Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
