How to place an order
You just need to specify which bouquet to choose, where in the UAE to deliver it, and what time to schedule the presentation. Pro-Buket florists will assemble the composition, photograph it before sending, and the courier will bring the bouquet to the recipient's address in the UAE at the chosen time. If the recipient is not at home, the courier waits on site for 15 minutes, then calls the sender and, with their consent, leaves the bouquet at the reception or in a nearby store.
You can order delivery at a specified hour or at night, as well as arrange it anonymously. A free card is included with any bouquet.
Caring for eriniums
To keep the bouquet fresh longer, follow simple tips. Eriniums do not like temperature changes, so keep the vase away from drafts and direct sunlight. Change the water every two days and rinse the vase. Remove wilted petals so the others can open. After receiving the bouquet in the UAE, let it adjust to room temperature for a couple of hours before unpacking. If you care for the bouquet properly, it stays fresh and keeps its shape for several days.
Delivery and service
We work only in the UAE: here we assemble bouquets and present them to recipients. The courier can bring the bouquet either at the chosen time or at night. If the order is anonymous, the recipient will not know who sent the flowers. We take a photo of the bouquet before the courier goes to the recipient so you can see the result. A free card with the bouquet will help convey your words.

Questions and answers
Can I place an order in advance?
Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.
How long will the bouquet last?
With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.
How do you ensure freshness?
The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.
Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?
We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.
What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.
Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?
Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
