Lilies with Delivery in Czechia: A Fresh Bouquet at the Exact Time

Why Lilies Deserve a Special Place in Your Bouquet

A lily needs no lengthy explanation. Large buds, an elegant silhouette, a delicate fragrance — it is equally appropriate in a romantic gift and as a token of attention for a colleague or a loved one. In the catalog for Czechia, there are 28 types of bouquets with lilies: from pure mono compositions to combinations with other flowers.

We are Pro-Buket. Every bouquet with lilies is created by a florist in Czechia and then handed over to the courier. If you order lilies with delivery in Czechia, they will be arranged right here, without being forwarded from another place. You will receive a photo of the finished bouquet before it is sent to the recipient.

Lily Delivery in Czechia: How It Works

Lily delivery is carried out only within Czechia, to the city you select. The florist will assemble the bouquet on site. Thanks to this, the flowers stay fresh longer and do not waste energy on unnecessary travel.

The courier delivers the bouquet to the recipient's specified address at exactly the appointed time. This is especially important when the bouquet is being prepared for a birthday, anniversary, or date. Anonymous arrangement is available: the recipient will not know who sent the flowers.

A free card is included with every bouquet. The warm words you write will be placed in the card and attached to the bouquet.

What will the courier do if the recipient does not open the door? The waiting time is 15 minutes, after which the courier contacts the sender. If the sender agrees, the bouquet can be handed over to the reception desk or the nearest shop. If the handover did not take place and the bouquet was returned, re-delivery is paid again, and the cost of the first order is not refunded. We always try to find a flexible solution, but we ask you to specify exactly the time when the recipient will be present.

How to Prolong the Life of Lilies in a Vase: Useful Tips

If lilies are properly cared for, they will delight the eye for a long time. A few simple tips will help preserve the freshness of lilies in a vase.

**1. Trim the stems. Before placing lilies in water, cut the ends of the stems at an angle of about 45 degrees. It is better to cut the stems with a sharp knife rather than scissors: this way the vessels will not be crushed and the flowers will drink water more actively. Remove the lower leaves that may touch the water immediately — they rot and spoil the water in the vase.

2. Choose the right vase. Lilies prefer stable vases with a wide neck. The stems should not be squeezed — this way they will remain firm longer. Pour water to about one third of the stem height, no more.

**3. Change the water in the vase every two days. Each time you change the water, rinse the vase and trim the stems by a couple of centimeters. This removes bacteria and improves moisture absorption.

**4. If you have a cut-flower preservative, add it to the vase according to the instructions. If you do not have a special product on hand, add a little sugar and a couple of drops of lemon juice to the vase. But observe moderation: excess sugar can cause bacteria to multiply.

5. Remove the anthers. Lilies have stamens with anthers — those very orange "sticks" inside the flower. As soon as the bud opens, carefully remove the anthers with a napkin. This will not only prevent stains on the petals and tablecloth but also prolong the life of the flower itself: the plant will not waste energy on pollen maturation.

**6. Keep lilies away from direct sunlight and drafts. Lilies feel best in cool conditions and diffused light. Do not place the vase near heating devices or on a windowsill under bright sun. Also do not place the vase where drafts blow and temperature changes sharply.

**7. Ripe fruits release ethylene, which accelerates the wilting of flowers, so keep the bouquet away from them. Therefore, it is better not to place the vase with lilies next to fruits.

**8. Watch how the water looks. If it becomes cloudy or smells, replace it immediately and wash the vase. This is a sign of bacteria multiplying, which can quickly ruin the bouquet.

By following these simple tips, you will be able to enjoy the beauty of lilies much longer. And we will take care that the bouquet reaches you or your recipient in Czechia in perfect condition.

Questions and answers

Can I place an order in advance?
Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.
How long will the bouquet last?
With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.
How do you ensure freshness?
The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.
Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?
We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.
What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.
Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?
Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
