Delivery is carried out within the city selected on the website. For nighttime delivery, a separate service is available — delivery in the dark. Anonymous delivery allows you to give a gift without a signature on the card — the recipient will not guess who the sender is.

When the courier does not find the recipient, they wait for 15 minutes, then contact the sender. With the sender's consent, the bouquet can be left at the reception or in a nearby store. No refund is made for the order.
