Lavender Delivery in Warsaw

Pro-Buket is a service that delivers lavender to Warsaw residents.

Lavender: Not Just for Provence Fields

Lavender is associated with endless fields, but its delicate fragrance and lilac hues work beautifully in urban bouquets too. In Warsaw, lavender is available both as a mono bouquet and in arrangements with other flowers. Lavender is an excellent choice when you want to give something expressive. It smells of summer and calm, and its appearance relaxes and pleases the eye.

Our goal is for the lavender bouquet to reach the recipient in Warsaw fresh and beautiful.

How We Deliver Lavender in Warsaw

When placing an order, you need a Warsaw address and the time by which the bouquet should be with the recipient.

All orders are fulfilled in Warsaw — the bouquet will not be sent outside the city.

Caring for Lavender at Home

A lavender bouquet requires attention if you want to enjoy it for as long as possible. To enjoy lavender longer, follow our tips.

**1. Immediately after receiving, remove the packaging and use a sharp knife to make a diagonal cut at a 45-degree angle — this helps the stems absorb water better. Thanks to the diagonal cut, the stems absorb moisture more actively. Cut the stems under running water to prevent air from entering them.

2. Water and vase. Lavender doesn't like a lot of water. Pour a little water into a clean vase — about one-third full. It's important that the water is at room temperature. Don't use cold water — it stresses the flowers.

**3. Pour a fresh portion of water into the vase every two days. When changing the water, rinse the vase and trim the stems by a couple of centimeters. This prevents bacteria from multiplying in the water.

**4. Feeding. If you have a cut-flower food, add it to the water. If you don't have special food on hand, add a little sugar and a drop of lemon juice to the water. But don't overdo it.

**5. Location. Lavender dislikes drafts and direct sunlight. Place the vase away from fruits and out of the sun: ethylene from fruits makes lavender wilt faster.

**6. Dried flowers. Don't rush to throw away lavender when it starts to dry out. Gather the stems into a bunch, hang in a dark, well-ventilated place — after two weeks you'll have a fragrant dried flower for sachets or a vase without water.

7. Don't spray. Lavender doesn't require spraying. Excess moisture on the buds can lead to rot.

**8. Faded buds. Carefully remove dried parts so they don't spoil the appearance of the rest.

By following these tips, you'll enjoy the fragrance of lavender longer.

Questions and answers

Can I place an order in advance?
Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.
How long will the bouquet last?
With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.
How do you ensure freshness?
The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.
Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?
We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.
What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.
Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?
Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
