A few simple steps will help roses last longer in a vase. Make the cut with a sharp knife at a 45-degree angle — this way the stem will absorb water better. Remove the lower leaves from the stems: once in water, they will quickly rot. Every two days, change the water, rinse the vase, and refresh the cut on the stems. Place the vase where there is no scorching sun, drafts, or hot radiators. Do not place fruits next to the vase: ethylene makes buds wilt faster. Drooping roses can be refreshed: wrap them tightly in paper, put the stems in water, and leave them in a cool place for a few hours. Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.

How long will the bouquet last?

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?
