Bouquet Delivery in Sweden: Questions

How does delivery work? A courier brings the bouquet to the recipient's address at the chosen time.

How is the bouquet handed over? The courier waits 15 minutes on site, then calls the sender if the recipient isn't home. With the sender's consent, the bouquet is left at the reception or a nearby shop. Re-delivery is charged again; no refunds.

Is anonymous delivery available? Yes, anonymous delivery is possible. Until you sign the card, the sender's name remains a mystery to the recipient.

How long will the bouquet last?

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?

Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
