The courier arrives at the recipient's address in the UAE with a fresh arrangement in hand. Florists assembled it in the UAE, photographed it before dispatch, and handed it to the courier to bring the arrangement to the address at the chosen time. The recipient opens the door and sees the flowers — a simple and warm moment.
Choosing a bouquet
We'll help you choose an arrangement that suits the occasion and the person: for example, for a date — a bouquet of 21 roses for 210 AED, for a strong impression — 51 white roses in a box for 452 AED or 75 white roses in a box for 646 AED. A bouquet of 3 peonies for 129 AED is a delicate option for congratulations. "Prelest" for 218 AED is a versatile choice for mom, a colleague, or a friend. The "Summer Night" bouquet — from 186 AED — will add bright colors, and the Fly bouquet — from 89 AED — is an easy and affordable way to delight a loved one.
Florists in the UAE create each arrangement in the section, and before dispatch they take a photo so you can see the bouquet.
Placing an order in the UAE
You select the desired arrangement, enter the recipient's address in the UAE, and choose the time. After placing the order, florists begin assembling it.
Questions and answers
The courier brings the bouquet to the recipient's address at the chosen time.
How can the sender remain anonymous? We offer anonymous flower delivery. The recipient will not know who is sending the bouquet until the sender reveals themselves.
Is a card included? Yes, you can add a card to the bouquet.
How is it confirmed that the bouquet matches the order? Before dispatch, florists photograph the bouquet so you can see the arrangement.
Is it possible to send a bouquet outside the UAE? Delivery is only within the UAE; the bouquet is assembled and handed over here.
What happens if the recipient does not answer the door?
Our goal is for the bouquet in the UAE to arrive on time and bring joy. Place your order and leave the rest to us.
Questions and answers
Can I place an order in advance?
Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.
How long will the bouquet last?
With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.
How do you ensure freshness?
The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.
Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?
We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.
What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.
Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?
Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
