Balloons delivered
across the UAE

Pro-Buket is a service that brings balloons to you in the UAE. Our florists assemble the balloon arrangement, and then it is handed over to the recipient. We send a photo of the finished arrangement to the sender before delivering it to the recipient. You can have balloons delivered after dark or at an exact time. For those who prefer to remain anonymous, we offer anonymous delivery. A card is included with your order free of charge.

Orders are delivered exclusively within the UAE.

How We Deliver Balloons in the UAE

Everything is simple: choose the balloon set you want on the website, specify where and by what time to bring it. A florist assembles the balloons, takes a photo, and sends it to you. Then the courier heads to where the recipient will be. The courier brings the bouquet to the recipient's address at the chosen time. If the courier arrives and the recipient is not there, they wait for 15 minutes and then call the sender. With the sender's consent, the courier leaves the balloons at the reception desk or a nearby shop. If there is no one to hand the balloons to, they return to us. A new delivery will need to be paid for again, and the amount paid is non-refundable.

It is important to us that the balloons reach the recipient at the appointed hour.

How to Keep Balloons at Home

Balloons are not flowers, but they will delight the eye longer if you follow a few simple tips. We offer the following advice:

• Keep away from sun and heat. Direct sunlight and hot air speed up helium loss. Move the arrangement away from direct rays and heaters — keep it in a cool, shaded place.
• Avoid sudden temperature changes. Do not bring balloons from the cold into a warm room immediately — let them warm up gradually. And vice versa: in cold weather, helium contracts, balloons may seem deflated, but in warmth they will regain their shape.
• Do not leave in a draft. Wind and drafts buffet the balloons, can damage the surface, and speed up helium leakage.
• Remove sharp objects. Toys, plant branches, scissors, jewelry — anything that can puncture a balloon should be kept away.
• Wipe gently. If dust settles on the balloons, wipe them with a soft damp cloth without alcohol or abrasives. Do not use chemical agents — they destroy latex.
• Do not overload the arrangement. If there are many balloons, they can press against each other. Distribute them so that each has a little free space.
• Check the attachments. Ribbons and weights should be securely fastened. If a balloon deflates, it can be replaced — you can order individual balloons from us, but only as part of delivery within the UAE.

By following these recommendations, you will prolong the joy of balloons. And if you want to delight your loved ones, we will be happy to help.
