How We Deliver

Florists assemble the composition and also handle its delivery. The courier brings the bouquet to the recipient's address at the chosen time. Before the order goes to the recipient, you'll be shown a photo of the finished composition. Two delivery options are available — nighttime or anonymous. A card is included free with the composition. If the recipient isn't there, the courier waits 15 minutes, then calls the person who placed the order and, with their consent, leaves the composition at the reception or a nearby store.

A specialist will assemble your chosen composition and hand it to the courier, who will deliver it at the appointed time. You can order without a name — then the recipient won't know who sent the surprise. If the gift needs to be delivered on the holiday itself, nighttime delivery is available.
