What Happens After Placing an Order

The florist assembles the chocolate-covered strawberries in Ukraine based on the time you specified.

First, the florist photographs the finished arrangement and shows you the picture — the courier only departs after that. The photo captures the exact arrangement that will be delivered to the recipient.

We include a card with the order at no extra charge. You can write the message for the card yourself or leave the text to us. Anonymous delivery is available: the recipient will not know who sent the sweet bouquet. The recipient will receive the chocolate-covered strawberries and the card — no unnecessary questions.

If the Recipient Is Not There

The courier arrives at the location you requested and waits for 15 minutes. If no one responds to the knock, the courier calls the person who placed the order. If the arrangement can be left, it will wait for the recipient with the administrator or at a nearby shop. That way, the surprise will wait for the recipient even if they are a little late.

A repeat courier trip is charged again, and the order amount is not refunded. We inform you about the return and coordinate a new time.
