The courier will wait a quarter of an hour at the door, and after that will call the sender to discuss further steps. If the recipient is unavailable and there's nowhere to leave the flowers, the courier takes them back to Pro-Buket, and a repeat delivery must be paid for again, while the order cost is not refunded.
