You can order flowers at night as well—delivery during dark hours is available. You have the right to set any convenient time—the courier will arrive even late in the evening or at night.

The courier doesn't leave immediately but stays on site for a quarter of an hour, then contacts the sender by phone. If the sender agrees, the courier hands the flowers to the reception desk or leaves them at a nearby store.

An anonymous order can be placed: the recipient won't know the sender's name.

A card is included free of charge. In the card, you can convey any words you want to say.

The delivery price depends on the address and time; it will be calculated during checkout, and the exact amount will be shown before confirmation.

Questions and answers

Can I place an order in advance?

Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.

How long will the bouquet last?

With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?

Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
