Araucaria forms a straight trunk with stiff needles arranged in tiers. The branches grow horizontally, creating a regular pyramidal crown. In mature specimens, the needles are dense, dark green, and slightly prickly to the touch. A plant in a d26 pot with a height of h140 looks like a miniature coniferous tree and fits well in a bright room with high ceilings.

A spot for araucaria is chosen near a window with bright indirect light, without direct sun or drafts. In summer, it can be taken out to a balcony in a shaded place.
