A young lemon tree in a pot looks fresh and festive: a compact crown with glossy green leaves, and with good care, fragrant white flowers and small fruits appear. The plant is 15 cm tall in a pot 8 cm in diameter, easy to place on a windowsill or table — it doesn't take up much space and immediately becomes a lively accent in the interior.

Lemon loves bright, indirect light, so it's best to place it near a south- or east-facing window, shading it from direct midday sun. Water moderately when the top layer of soil dries out, avoiding waterlogging in the saucer. In winter, reduce watering and keep the plant in a cool place. A young lemon is a suitable gift for a housewarming or birthday — for those who appreciate houseplants and want to grow their own citrus tree.
