You can place the bush on a windowsill with soft, diffused light or in the back of a room where enough light reaches. Direct sunlight leaves burns on the leaves, so it is better to shade the plant from a south-facing window during hot hours. In partial shade, aglaonema also grows, but the pattern on the leaves becomes less pronounced.

Water moderately when the top layer of soil dries out. Stagnant water in the pot harms the roots, so excess liquid is drained from the saucer. In winter, reduce watering based on the condition of the soil. Periodically wipe the leaves with a damp cloth to remove dust so the plant can breathe and maintain its decorative appearance.
