Stock care

To make a stock bouquet please longer, a few simple steps are enough. For the recipient: cut the stems at an angle and place them in cool water. Change the water daily, adding special products to prolong freshness if needed. Keep stock away from drafts and direct sunlight: in cool and calm conditions it lasts better. These tips can be passed on to the recipient along with the bouquet — a card with your words is included free of charge.

Delivery and service

We want a gift from Poland to bring joy without extra hassle. We send a photo of the assembled bouquet to the customer before the courier leaves. If the recipient is not at home, the courier waits on site for 15 minutes, then calls the sender and, with their consent, leaves the bouquet at the reception or in a nearby shop.

Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.

How long will the bouquet last?

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?

Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
