Ordering

7 questions
Can I order a bouquet for today?

Yes. Catalog bouquets are arranged and delivered of order confirmation. Signature and large arrangements take from three hours, so it is better to order them in the morning or the day before.

How do I place an order?

Choose a bouquet in the catalog and place the order on the website, message us on WhatsApp or call: +7 (778) 746-00-36. A florist will confirm the composition, time and address. The whole process step by step is in the “How to order” section.

Can I order in advance?

Yes, for any date and time. For 14 February, 8 March, Nauryz and graduations we recommend ordering a few days ahead: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery windows fill up in the morning.

Will you show me the bouquet before dispatch?

Yes, always. Once the bouquet is ready, the florist sends you a photo on WhatsApp. If you want to adjust something — the ribbon shade, the volume, the wrapping — we will redo it before dispatch.

Can I design my own bouquet?

Yes. Describe the occasion, your favourite colours and budget in the bouquet builder or on WhatsApp — a florist will suggest options from the flowers available in the workshop today.

Will you write the card?

Yes. Write the text when you place the order or on WhatsApp — we will write it neatly on the card and put it in the bouquet. You can add a candle or sweets to the gift in the “Gifts to go with a bouquet” section.

What if a flower is out of stock?

It happens with seasonal flowers. A florist will offer an equivalent substitute in the same palette and agree it with you before arranging: we do not change the bouquet without your “yes”.

Delivery

7 questions
How much is delivery?

The price depends on the delivery zone. We will show the exact amount for your address when you place the order. More details are on the “Delivery” page.

Can you deliver at an exact time?

Yes. The delivery window is 1 hour, on any day of the week. If the bouquet is needed at a precise moment, for example by the start of a celebration, mention it in the comment: the courier will plan the route with time to spare.

Do you deliver on holidays and late in the evening?

Yes, we work every day: daily, 9:00–24:00. In the evening you can order for the next morning — so the bouquet greets the birthday person at breakfast.

What if the recipient is not at home?

The courier will call the recipient in advance. If they are not there, we will agree with you on a new time or address at no extra cost within the same day.

Can I send flowers anonymously?

Of course. The courier will not name the sender, and the card will contain only the text you write.

Do you deliver outside Poland?

Delivery outside the city is discussed separately: send us the address on WhatsApp, and we will calculate the cost and time.

Will the bouquet freeze in winter?

No. In heat and in frost alike, the bouquet travels in an insulated box, so Almaty winters are no danger to it.

Payment

4 questions
How do I pay for an order?

Kaspi, in cash to the courier, by card transfer, by transfer to Sberbank, USDT (TRC-20) or Western Union. All methods and details are on the “Payment” page.

When do I need to pay?

After the florist confirms the order: the composition, time and address. We will send you a payment link or bank details.

I am abroad. How can I pay for a bouquet for my loved ones in Poland?

The easiest way is by card transfer, by transfer to Sberbank, USDT (TRC-20) or Western Union. Message us on WhatsApp — we will suggest a method and send the bouquet photo and delivery confirmation to your messenger.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes. We will send the receipt by e-mail or on WhatsApp — whichever you prefer.

Bouquets and freshness

6 questions
How long will a bouquet last?

With simple care — a week and longer. Chrysanthemums last longest, up to two or three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to make a bouquet last longer is in the care guide.

How do you keep flowers fresh?

Flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and a bouquet is arranged only after you order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet look the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, palette and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open a bud is may differ. That is why we send a photo of your particular bouquet before dispatch.

What if I do not like the bouquet?

We send a photo before dispatch so that this does not happen. If something goes wrong on delivery, we will remake the bouquet at our own expense. The terms are on the “Returns and replacement” page.

Do I need to water a boxed arrangement?

Yes, every two days. The flowers stand in wet floral foam: gently pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details are in the “Arrangement in a box” section.

Which flowers are in season now?

In spring it is tulips, ranunculus and lilac, in summer — peonies, sunflowers and hydrangeas, in autumn — chrysanthemums and dahlias. Roses and lisianthus are good all year round. Seasonal flowers cost less and stay fresh longer.
