How to order delivery in Poland
We deliver bouquets with eriniums across Poland. The flowers are handed personally to the recipient in Poland whenever it's convenient for you. Before the order goes out, we photograph the arrangement so you can make sure everything looks exactly as it should. You can place an order for nighttime or anonymously, and a card is included with the composition for free. If the recipient doesn't answer, the courier waits fifteen minutes, then contacts you and, if you allow, leaves the flowers at the reception desk or the nearest shop. If it's impossible to leave the order, it returns to us, and the next delivery attempt will require a new payment; the funds remain with us.

Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.
How long will the bouquet last?

How do you ensure freshness?
The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.
Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?
We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.
What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.
Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?
Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
