How to Place an Order

In the catalog, you select the bouquet you like, enter the recipient's address in Poland, and agree on a delivery time. Before dispatch, the florist photographs the arrangement, so you see in advance which bouquet the courier will carry. After that, the courier delivers the bouquet to where the recipient can accept it, exactly at the agreed hour. You can also place an order late in the evening to have sunflowers delivered at an unusual time. The order is placed so that the sender's name remains hidden from the recipient. Every bouquet from the catalog comes with a card — no extra charge for it.

If the recipient does not meet the courier at the door, the courier will wait fifteen minutes, then contact the sender. If the sender agrees, the sunflowers can be left at the reception desk or at a nearby shop. If the bouquet is returned and you want to send it again, delivery must be paid again, and the previous amount remains with us.

What Occasions Sunflowers Suit

Sunflowers bring a feeling of warmth and joy. Sunflowers are given on birthdays to bring delight, and just because. In Poland, sunflowers are given on weekdays and on holidays.

For mom, care matters. By choosing the "Bouquet of Sunflowers in Paper" or the "Composition of Sunflowers in a Cachepot," you give her a piece of summer. A colleague will be pleased to receive a neat "Bouquet of Sunflowers" or "Composition of Sunflowers" — they don't distract from work but create positivity. For a loved one, "Sunflowers in a Box" or the "Music of the Soul Bouquet" are suitable — they are a more intimate sign of attention.

If the choice is difficult, think about what the recipient prefers: concise forms or lush compositions. The Poland selection has 30 types of sunflowers — any of them can be ordered with delivery.

Questions and answers

Can I place an order in advance?

Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.

How long will the bouquet last?

With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?

Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
