What we do when you order a fruit bouquet

Assembled in Poland. The bouquet is made by a florist in the city where the recipient is. That's why the order never leaves the city selected on the website — it's handed to the recipient right there.

Photo before dispatch. Before the courier sets off, we take a photo of the bouquet and send it to the sender. The photo shows exactly what the gift will look like, and while the order is with us, you can still make changes.

Delivery at the chosen time. It matters to us that the gift arrives at the moment when it's appropriate: at the start of the celebration, when guests arrive, at the end of the workday.

Anonymous delivery. The courier won't reveal your identity: the recipient will see the bouquet and the card, but not the name.

Free card. We enclose a card with every bouquet. You come up with the text for the card yourself, and we put it in the bouquet and hand it to the recipient.

Delivery in Poland: how it works in practice

We bring fruit arrangements from our section within Poland, inside the selected city. That means the order won't travel across half the country: it will be prepared by a florist in the same city where the recipient is.

If the recipient isn't there, the courier will wait fifteen minutes. After that, we call the sender to decide what to do with the gift. If you allow it, the courier can hand the gift to the administrator at reception or to the staff at the nearest shop. If there's nowhere to leave the gift, it goes back: a repeat delivery must be paid for again, and the money for the first one isn't refunded.
