Astilbe Delivery in Madrid

In Madrid, Pro-Buket delivers astilbe: you choose a suitable bouquet on the website, a florist arranges it, we send you a photo before the courier sets off, and we bring it to the recipient at the agreed time. All you need to do is place your order — we'll take care of everything else.

How to Place an Order

The Madrid catalog features 8 compositions with astilbe. Add a bouquet to your cart, enter the recipient's address, and choose a convenient time. Then a florist gets to work: they assemble the composition, and we take a photo and send it to you. You see in advance exactly which bouquet will go to the recipient, and only after that does the courier set off. The courier will bring the bouquet to the recipient's address at the chosen time.

If you want the sender's name to remain a secret, choose anonymous delivery, and the recipient won't see it. If you want to include a few words, we'll add a card at no cost. You write the card text when placing your order, and we put it in the bouquet.

Assembly and Photo of the Finished Bouquet

Astilbe is delicate and airy, and in a bouquet it looks especially light. Florists in Madrid hand-assemble each composition so it keeps its shape and delights the recipient right away. The courier won't set off until the bouquet looks exactly as intended.

A photo of the finished bouquet helps you stay in control. Before the courier leaves, you'll receive a photo: you can make sure the bouquet matches what will arrive to the recipient. Once you approve the photo — or right away if no waiting is needed — the courier picks up the bouquet and heads to the Madrid address.

Delivery in Madrid

All orders, including assembly and handover, are carried out in Madrid — we don't transport bouquets beyond it. Both the florist and the courier work in Madrid, so the bouquet doesn't have to travel long to reach the recipient. We make every effort to deliver your order exactly when it suits you.

A repeat courier trip will require a new payment, which is non-refundable.

This helps when the recipient isn't home during the day and you want to surprise them in the evening. For a night order, everything works the same way: the florist makes the bouquet, you receive its photo, and the courier brings it at the appointed hour.

Secrecy and Card

When an order is anonymous, the recipient gets the bouquet but doesn't know who it's from. This is useful if you're preparing a surprise, want to express feelings, or convey something important without words. And if words aren't enough, add a card — it's free: write your text, and we'll put it in the bouquet. The recipient will read your words when they take the astilbe in their hands.

We don't share order information with outsiders and don't contact the recipient in advance without your consent. Everything that happens between placing the order and the handover stays between us and you.

Why Astilbe

Astilbe is a flower with character: soft fluffy blooms, light texture, delicate shade. In a bouquet, it creates a sense of air and movement, as if the composition is breathing. Astilbe is beautiful on its own and alongside other flowers, but for the Madrid catalog we've selected the compositions where, in our view, it shines best.

The Madrid section offers 8 bouquets — you can choose a ready-made composition or pick an option for a specific occasion. If you can't settle on one, tell us the occasion and who the bouquet is for, and we'll suggest a suitable solution. We don't pressure or rush — we just make sure the recipient loves it.

What's Next

Place your order on the website: choose astilbe, provide a Madrid address, and select a convenient delivery time. We'll create the composition, send you a photo, and deliver at the chosen time. Need anonymity — we'll place the order without specifying the sender. We'll add a card with your text to the order for free. Everything else related to the order is handled by us — you won't have to worry about a thing.

Questions and answers

Can I place an order in advance?
Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.
How long will the bouquet last?
With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.
How do you ensure freshness?
The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.
Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?
We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.
What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.
Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?
Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
