The courier brings the bouquet to the recipient's address at the chosen time. Before dispatch, the customer receives a photo of the finished bouquet; if needed, delivery is made in the dark or without disclosing the sender's name, and a card is enclosed at no extra charge.

Home Care: Making the Freshness Last

To keep lisianthus looking good longer, follow a few simple tips. Trim the stems with a sharp knife at an angle by 1–2 cm — this helps water travel up more easily. Cut the stems under running water so air doesn't get into the capillaries.

Pour fresh water every one to two days. In a hot room — daily. Wash the vase beforehand with soda or soap: a film on the walls speeds up bacterial growth.

If you have a special cut-flower preservative, add it to the vase. If you don't have one, stir half a teaspoon of sugar into the water and add a little lemon juice. This supports nutrition and slightly acidifies the environment.

Remove any greenery that ends up in the vase with water — it spoils quickly. Also remove wilted buds and petals — they release ethylene, which speeds up the aging of neighboring flowers.

For the vase, choose a cool spot without drafts, away from fruit and sunlight. The comfortable temperature for lisianthus is around 18–22 °C. At night, you can move the vase to a balcony or a cooler room, if there's no frost or wind there.

Don't place lisianthus near heaters or a TV. If the buds start to droop, trim the stems again and put the flowers in cool water for a couple of hours.

You can mist the leaves and buds with soft water from a spray bottle to make the air around the flowers more humid. Don't let droplets linger on the petals — otherwise spots will appear.

With proper care, lisianthus lasts in a vase for 7–14 days, and sometimes longer. The main thing is clean water, a fresh cut, and coolness.

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?

Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
