To enjoy the arrangement longer, follow a few recommendations. Cut the lower part of the stems with a sharp knife at an angle, retreating 2–3 cm. Remove leaves if they get into the water. Change the water in the vase to fresh every other day. It is better to place the vase away from direct sunlight, drafts, and heating appliances. Freesias are sensitive to ethylene, so do not keep them near fruit. If one flower wilts, remove it so it does not affect the others. With proper care, freesias will last in a vase for 7–10 days.

How do you ensure freshness?
The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.
Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?
We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.
What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?
Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
