How ordering works

When placing an order, you specify where in Kyiv and by what time the courier should arrive. We arrange the bouquet ourselves and show it in a photo before sending — you'll see the result before the courier takes it out. The courier brings the bouquet to the recipient's address at the chosen time. If the recipient doesn't open the door, the courier waits fifteen minutes, then contacts the sender. The bouquet can be left at the front desk or at a nearby shop only if the sender agrees; otherwise, the flowers are returned, and a repeat courier visit will require a new payment, and the amount paid is not refunded.

How long will the bouquet last?

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?

Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
