It is best to place the little bush on the windowsill of a southeast- or southwest-facing window: it needs bright, indirect light without direct midday rays. The plant does well at ordinary room temperature and is not afraid of dry air. Water moderately, allowing the soil in the pot to dry out between waterings—the succulent tolerates stagnant moisture at the roots poorly. In winter, reduce watering.

Such a flower is appropriate as a birthday gift or simply to decorate a windowsill. Its compact size allows the pot to be placed on a desk or shelf.
