How to extend the life of stock in a vase

To enjoy your stock bouquet for as long as possible, follow these recommendations:

Make a fresh cut. Right after receiving the bouquet, trim the stem ends at an angle by 1–2 cm. This helps water reach the flowers better.
Remove leaves from the stems. Once in water, leaves rot and speed up water spoilage. Remove them.
Use a clean vase. Wash it with soap and fill it with cool water.
Add flower food. A special cut-flower product added to the vase will keep stock fresh. This will extend freshness.
Refresh the water. Try to change it every 1–2 days. Each time you refresh the water, shorten the stems by a centimeter.
Avoid direct sunlight and drafts. Stock loves cool and calm. Place the vase in shade or partial shade, away from radiators and air conditioners.
Keep away from fruit. Ethylene released by fruit shortens the life of flowers.
Mist. If the room is dry, you can lightly mist the petals with water from a spray bottle.

Can I place an order in advance?

Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.

How long will the bouquet last?

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?

Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
