We are Pro-Buket, and we know: choosing a bouquet sometimes takes longer than waiting for delivery. That's why combo sets are our favorite story. These are not just flowers, but a ready-made solution: a bouquet, a card, and nice little extras that turn an ordinary gift into a real surprise. In Lithuania, we have 27 such sets — from minimalist compositions to generous baskets where flowers are complemented by sweets or a soft toy. Each set is hand-assembled by florists in Lithuania.

How to Place an Order in Lithuania

How to Extend the Life of a Bouquet from a Combo Set

We always feel a bit sad when flowers wilt. These tips will work for any set in the section.

Trim the stems. Right after delivery, cut 2–3 centimeters at a 45-degree angle with a sharp knife or pruner. This helps the stem absorb water faster. Regular scissors won't do: they crush the stem.

Remove leaves from stems below the water level. All greenery that ends up in the water should be removed. Otherwise, they will start to rot, and bacteria will quickly spoil the water and ruin the bouquet.

Change the water daily. Every day without skipping. Each time you change the water, shorten the stems by another centimeter. This takes a minute, but the result is noticeable: flowers last much longer. Pour room-temperature water — neither cold nor hot.

Add flower food. If the set included a special flower mix — great, use it. If there's no special food, add a teaspoon of sugar and a couple of drops of lemon juice. It's not a panacea, but it helps.

Place the vase in a suitable spot. Keep it away from sun, drafts, radiators, and fruits. Don't keep fruits near the vase — they release ethylene, which speeds up wilting. And don't put the bouquet near a TV or microwave — they have their own "aromas."

Mist the flowers. Some buds respond well to humid air. In a dry room, mist the buds once a day with water from a spray bottle. But not all: for example, tulips and gerberas are better not to get wet.

Keep an eye on the bouquet. Remove wilted flowers immediately. One wilted stem can "infect" the others.
