Lilacs with delivery in Lithuania

Lilac is a flower recognised by a single breath. We bring it in Lithuania so you can give the recipient not just a bouquet, but a whole memory: a warm evening, an open window, clusters that make your head spin.

Lilac delivery in Lithuania: how it works

A florist assembles the bouquet in the same city where the recipient lives. Assembly and delivery take place within the city selected on the website. If you choose Lithuania, the order is assembled and delivered right here.

Before the courier sets off, you receive a photo of the bouquet. Even before the courier leaves, you see what the bouquet looks like, and you have nothing to worry about. The courier brings the lilacs to the recipient's address at the chosen time. Anonymous delivery keeps the intrigue: the recipient learns the sender's name only when you decide to reveal it.

With every lilac bouquet we include a card free of charge. So a few warm words stay next to the lilacs.

If the recipient is not at the address

Sometimes the recipient does not answer the door. We do not leave the bouquet to chance — we wait on the spot for 15 minutes. When 15 minutes have passed and the recipient still has not appeared, we call you, the sender, to decide together what to do with the bouquet. With your consent, the lilacs can wait for the recipient at a nearby shop. If you can, tell the recipient about the delivery in advance — that way the lilacs are sure to end up in their hands.

How to prolong the life of lilacs in a vase

Lilacs are delicate, but with proper care they can delight for more than a day. Here is what to do once the bouquet has been delivered to the recipient.

First — prepare the vase. Take a clean container and pour in cool water. If possible, add a cut-flower preservative: it slows bacterial growth and helps the stems drink. If you do not have one, a little sugar and a drop of bleach will do — but do not overdo it; it is better to follow the product instructions if available.

Second — refresh the cut. Use a sharp knife for trimming: scissors crush the stem's vessels. For a bouquet already in the vase, re-trim every two days — that way the stems drink water better.

Lower leaves that end up in the water are best removed — they spoil the water. Submerged leaves rot, the water spoils — and the lilacs wilt faster. It is better to remove the lower leaves altogether.

Fourth — location. It is best not to place lilacs under direct rays, in a draught, or near a radiator. Put the vase with lilacs in a cool corner where there are no sharp temperature changes. Fruit next to the vase is undesirable: it releases ethylene, which speeds up wilting.

Fifth — change the water. Empty the old water and pour in fresh every day or every other day, rinsing the vase and the stems at the same time. As soon as the water becomes cloudy, replace it immediately.

Sixth — spray. In humid air lilacs feel better. Periodically spray the clusters with cool water — this helps them stay fresh longer. Do not let droplets remain on the flowers under the sun, or spots will appear.

Lilacs are better kept in a separate vase, without neighbours.

If the flowers have begun to wilt slightly, try to refresh them: trim the stems, wrap the clusters in paper, dip the ends in hot water for a couple of minutes, then immediately move them to cool water. This trick often brings lilacs back to life.

Why people order lilacs from our section

A florist in Lithuania assembles the bouquet near the recipient. The card is free. If the recipient is not there, the procedure is: we wait, call you, and agree on further steps. And all of this — briefly, to the point, and with attention to your occasion.

Lilacs have a character of their own. They do not last forever in a vase, but the days they are near turn into a small celebration. We will help you arrange a celebration in Lithuania: choose a bouquet, specify the address and time, and we will do the rest.

Place an order for lilacs in Lithuania — and let the recipient smile as they open the door.

Questions and answers

Can I place an order in advance?
Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.
How long will the bouquet last?
With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.
How do you ensure freshness?
The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.
Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?
We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.
What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.
Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?
Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
