Before the bouquet is sent to the recipient, it is photographed. The photo will show the composition the recipient will receive.

The courier brings the bouquet to the recipient's address at the chosen time. You choose the time—and the courier delivers the amaryllis exactly at that hour. This is especially valuable when the gift is tied to a celebration: a birthday, a meeting, or an important event.

If needed, delivery can be arranged at night. With anonymous delivery, the recipient will not see the sender's name. A free card with your words will travel with the bouquet, for example with "Andromeda" for 78 EUR.

If the recipient cannot be found

Sometimes the courier arrives at the address, but the recipient is not there. Then the courier stays on site for another 15 minutes. After that, we call the sender to agree on next steps. With the customer's permission, the bouquet can wait for the recipient at the reception or in a nearby store. We inform about this in advance to avoid misunderstandings.

Can I place an order in advance?

Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.

How long will the bouquet last?

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?

Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
