Golden pothos immediately catches the eye with its lively pattern: heart-shaped leaves seem painted with golden and creamy swirls on a rich green background. Variegated shoots cascade down, so the plant looks full and dynamic in a pot — an excellent choice for a shelf, hanging basket, or windowsill stand. Such a gift is appropriate for a housewarming or as a thank-you for hospitality.

It is best placed in a spot with bright indirect light — on an east or west windowsill, slightly shaded from direct midday sun. With insufficient light, the golden spots fade. Water moderately when the top layer of soil dries out, less often in winter; waterlogging in the pot is harmful. Wipe the leaves periodically with a damp cloth so they can breathe and keep their shine.
