How to place an order and receive delivery

It takes just a couple of minutes: choose an arrangement, specify where and when to deliver, and if you wish, add a message to the card. The masters at Pro-Buket work on the composition, and then a driver delivers it to the address you specify. Before the order is handed to the courier, you will receive a photo of the finished arrangement. Delivery is possible at night, and the courier will bring the bouquet exactly at the chosen hour. You can place an order anonymously, and we will include a greeting card for free. If the recipient doesn't open the door, the courier waits on site for 15 minutes, then calls the sender. If the recipient cannot accept the bouquet in person, the courier, with the sender's consent, will hand it to the administrator at the reception or leave it at a nearby store. When personal delivery is not possible, the bouquet returns to Pro-Buket. Re-delivery to the same address is paid again, and the order amount is not refunded.
