The courier delivers the flowers to the specified address in Poland and arrives at the appointed time. If the recipient is not there, the courier waits for 15 minutes, then calls the sender. With the customer's consent, the courier may leave the bouquet at the reception desk or in a nearby shop. A second courier visit requires a new payment, and the funds already paid are non-refundable. We coordinate delivery details in advance so that the bouquet arrives to the recipient.

How do you ensure freshness?
The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.
Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?
We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.
What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.
Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?
Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
