Mini calla d7 h15

probuket

A miniature calla in a pot is an elegant plant with large funnel-shaped flowers and glossy heart-shaped leaves on slender petioles. The compact bush, about fifteen centimeters tall, looks neat and fits even on a small windowsill. The flowers rise above the foliage on long stalks, giving the plant a light and graphic quality.

Such a plant does well in a bright spot without direct sunlight: diffused light maintains the decorative leaves and prolonged flowering. Water moderately when the top layer of soil dries out, avoiding waterlogging in the pot. The calla prefers cool temperatures and humid air, so in a hot room it may drop its leaves.

A compact calla makes a suitable gift for a housewarming or birthday for those who love indoor plants. Its miniature size allows it to be placed on a desk, shelf, or windowsill, while the expressive flowers attract attention without excessive lushness.
