Flower Deals with Delivery in Madrid

Orders never leave Madrid, so your bouquet reaches the recipient fresh, without a long journey.

What the service includes

Before dispatch, you will receive a photo of the exact bouquet the courier will carry, not a stock image from the internet. The courier delivers flowers in Madrid wherever the sender asks and whenever it suits them. Night-time congratulations are also possible: delivery operates during the dark hours as well. If you choose anonymous delivery, the sender's name remains secret — the recipient will not know who sent the flowers. You sign the card yourself, and we include it in the bouquet free of charge.

How to choose a bouquet: size, shade, number of flowers

Choosing a bouquet from the deals in Madrid starts with three simple questions. The first is size. A small arrangement is a good option for a token of attention without pomp: for example, if you are giving it to a colleague or a friend. A medium-sized bouquet is appropriate for a birthday, a date, or a family celebration. A large bouquet is chosen to mark an anniversary, a milestone, or another significant event and to make an impression. Consider not only the occasion but also the place of delivery: if the recipient will meet the courier at the entrance or in the office, a bulky arrangement will be inconvenient, while if the bouquet is expected at home at the festive table, a large size is just right.

The second question is colour. Warm shades — red, orange, yellow, peach — read as admiration, passion, joy, congratulation. Cool shades — white, blue, lilac, pink — sound softer and calmer, and are more often chosen for a romantic, grateful, or restrained gesture. A neutral palette is good when you do not know the recipient's tastes: it will hardly confuse anyone. If you know the recipient's favourite shade, choose based on that — it is a safe bet.

The third question is quantity. A single flower is a concise token of attention. A small bunch is a light compliment. A medium bouquet is a full-fledged gift. A large number of stems is a ceremonial, "loud" option. There is no right number here: what matters is that the quantity matches the occasion and how close the person is to you.

How the deals work and how to order

In the deals section, you will find the same bouquets that we assemble and bring across Madrid, but on special terms. Your part is choosing the bouquet, address, time, and card text; ours is sending the order.

If the recipient does not open the door, the courier waits for 15 minutes. Then we call the sender, and with their consent, the flowers are left at the reception desk or in a nearby shop. It is better to agree on a time with the recipient in advance or choose a moment when they can definitely accept the flowers.

Why bouquet assembly and delivery take place in Madrid

Bouquets for Madrid are not brought from elsewhere: they are both assembled and handed over right here. You will be shown a photo of the assembled bouquet before it is delivered.

Flower deals with delivery in Madrid help you congratulate someone close without hassle: choose the size, shade, and number of flowers for the occasion, entrust the arrangement to a florist in Madrid, and see confirmation in a photo. A card for the bouquet is free; night and anonymous delivery are ordered separately, while delivery at the desired time is part of the standard terms. Choose a bouquet in the deals section and specify the address and time for delivery.

Questions and answers

Can I place an order in advance?
Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.
How long will the bouquet last?
With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.
How do you ensure freshness?
The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.
Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?
We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.
What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.
Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?
Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
