Late in the evening
We take orders until closing: we will arrange a bouquet for late evening or for the first morning call.
In advance, for a holiday
For 14 February, 8 March and 1 September it is better to order a few days ahead: we will reserve the flowers and the time.

Bouquet photo
We send a picture of the finished arrangement on WhatsApp. The courier leaves only after you say “yes”.
A call to the recipient
The courier calls the recipient in advance to make sure they are there. You do not need to know the address: we will find it out ourselves.
Surprise mode
If a call would spoil the moment, the courier will arrive unannounced. We will check with you in advance where and when the recipient will definitely be.
Anonymously and with a card
The courier will not name the sender. We will handwrite the card with your text.
Delivery notification
As soon as the bouquet is delivered, we will message you. We can send a photo of the moment if the recipient does not mind.

What if the recipient is not at home?
The courier will call the recipient in advance. If they are not there, we will agree with you on a new time or address at no extra cost within the same day.
Can I send flowers anonymously?
Of course. The courier will not name the sender, and the card will contain only the text you write.
I do not know the recipient’s address. What should I do?
Give us their phone number. We will find out the address and a convenient time ourselves without revealing who the gift is from.
Will the flowers not wilt on the way?
The courier carries the bouquet in an insulated box: it will not overheat in summer or freeze in winter. How to make a bouquet last longer at home is explained in flower care.
