How to Place an Order

Placing an order is simple. Name the bouquet you like, the address, and the time when to deliver the tulips in Thailand. The courier brings the bouquet to the recipient's address at the chosen time.

If no one answers the door, the courier waits fifteen minutes, then calls the customer's number. If you agree, the tulips will be handed to the reception or left at a nearby store. A free card is added to every order.

What to do if the recipient is not there? If the bouquet cannot be left, re-delivery is paid again; money is not refunded.

How long will the bouquet last?

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?

Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
