How an order is placed and prepared in Thailand
On the website, you choose hypericum, enter the recipient's address in Thailand, and specify the delivery time. A florist working in Thailand arranges the bouquet and prepares it for handover.
Once the hypericum is ready, we photograph it right away and send you the picture. After assembling the bouquet, we take a photo and forward it to you — so you can see what the arrangement looks like.
A courier in Thailand receives the finished bouquet from the florist and takes it directly to the recipient, with no intermediate transfers. This approach lets us control quality and avoid lengthy shipping.
On-time delivery and nighttime handover in Thailand
You name a convenient time — and the courier delivers the hypericum to the recipient exactly then. This is handy when the bouquet is timed for a date, a meeting, or another event.
For nighttime delivery of hypericum, select this option when placing your order. The anonymous handover option does not reveal to the recipient who sent the hypericum.
Every bouquet with hypericum comes with a card — free of charge. You write warm words, and the recipient reads them along with the hypericum. The recipient will read the warm words on the card together with the hypericum — so you can pass on a personal message when you can't be there yourself.

If the recipient is not there: what we do
The courier waits for the recipient for exactly 15 minutes, then calls the sender, and the decision about the bouquet is made together. This helps us not miss the moment and still deliver the hypericum.

Questions and answers
Can I place an order in advance?
Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.
How long will the bouquet last?
With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.
How do you ensure freshness?
The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.
Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?
We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.
What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.
Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?
Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
