When the recipient is not at home, the courier waits on site for 15 minutes, then calls the sender, and with their consent, the bouquet is left at the reception desk or in a nearby shop. With the customer's consent, the bouquet may be left with the administrator or in a nearby shop. Money for such an order is not refunded.

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
