When the recipient doesn't open the door, the courier waits 15 minutes, then calls the sender. If the gift cannot be handed to the recipient, the courier brings it back: a repeat delivery must be paid for again, and the order cost is not refunded.

Keeping the Bouquet Fresh
Change the water in the vase every 48 hours and remove any leaves that fall into it. It's best not to place the vase on a windowsill where the sun shines brightly, and keep it away from drafts. For arrangements in a basket or box, check if the sponge has dried out and add water.
Sets that include chocolate or alcohol are recommended to be stored in a cool place. If the order is placed in Thailand, the recipient can immediately enjoy the gift.

Can I place an order in advance?
Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.
Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?
We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.
What if the bouquet is not to their liking?
We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.
