How the Order Works

You open the website, select the city — Istanbul — and go to the mimosa section. From the 8 options in the section, choose the one that suits the recipient. Then you place your order: write who and when to deliver the mimosas to, and add a message for the card if you need one.

As soon as the order is confirmed, a florist in Istanbul starts assembling the mimosas. We don't send a ready-made bouquet from somewhere else — it is made right here, for the specific recipient. The photo shows the exact bouquet that will go to the recipient, not a similar one from the catalog. You will see in advance what your bouquet looks like, not another example from the catalog.

Only after that, the mimosas are handed to the courier. The courier brings the bouquet to the recipient's address in Istanbul at the chosen time.

A photo before sending is an important part of our service. Mimosas are flowers with character: they have fluffy balls, their own shade and mood. The photo shows how the bouquet is assembled, how the composition looks.

If the bouquet is meant for someone else and you want to keep it a secret, anonymous delivery will help. Anonymous delivery won't reveal your name if the mimosas are a gift. Add heartfelt words to the card — we'll include it with the mimosa order at no extra charge.

Mimosa Delivery in Istanbul: What's Important to Know

This approach helps keep the mimosas fresh and avoid unnecessary travel.

If no one opens the door, the courier waits for 15 minutes. Then we call the sender to discuss what to do with the bouquet. With the sender's permission, the courier may leave the mimosas at the reception desk or hand them to a nearby shop.

Why Mimosas

Mimosas are delicate, fragrant, with soft yellow balls. Mimosas are given both as a standalone bouquet and combined with tulips or daffodils. The Istanbul section has 8 mimosa options — you can choose something compact or more lush, depending on the occasion.

Mimosas are appropriate to give just because, without an occasion — they create a feeling of warmth and spring. They are pleasant to receive in the morning, afternoon, or evening.

Questions and answers

Can I place an order in advance?

Yes, for any date and time. For February 14, March 8, Nauryz, and graduations, we recommend ordering a few days in advance: popular flowers sell out faster on these dates, and the nearest delivery intervals fill up in the morning.

How long will the bouquet last?

With simple care, a week or longer. Chrysanthemums last the longest, up to two to three weeks; roses — 7–10 days, tulips and hydrangeas — about a week, peonies — 4–6 days: they open quickly. How to extend the life of your bouquet — see the care guide.

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

We send a photo before dispatch to prevent this. If something goes wrong during delivery, we will reassemble the bouquet at our own expense. Terms are on the "Returns and Replacements" page.

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?

Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
