The courier delivers the arrangement to where it's awaited, at the exact time you specified when placing the order. We can also deliver the bouquet after dark.

You can request delivery without revealing the sender's name. The name of the person who placed the order will remain known only to us, if you ask. The courier will hand over the flowers with a card, which we include with any order at no extra charge.

If the Recipient Isn't There

Upon arrival, we wait for 15 minutes. After that, we call the sender to decide together how to proceed. With the customer's permission, the bouquet can wait for the recipient at the front desk or in a nearby shop.

How do you ensure freshness?

The flowers are stored in a cold room at +2…+4 °C, deliveries arrive in small batches several times a week, and the bouquet is assembled only after you place your order, so it arrives fresh.

Will the bouquet be the same as in the photo?

We keep the composition, color palette, and size. But fresh flowers vary slightly from batch to batch: the shade of a rose or how open the bud is may differ. That's why we send a photo of your exact bouquet before dispatch.

What if the bouquet is not to their liking?

Do I need to water the arrangement in the box?

Yes, every two days. The flowers are in a moist floral foam: carefully pour 100–150 ml of water into it without flooding the box. More details in the "Composition in a Box" section.
